MEGA Disposables in cooperation with Municipality of Athens completed the experiential theater workshops, another targeted social action for the Elderly.
The experiential theater workshops, is a pioneer, social initiative that was implemented in October and November 2015 as part of active aging. The workshops which raised themes and scenes from the Greek Cinema, took place in 25 third age clubs of Athens and involving over 300 elderly people.
The goals of experiential theater workshops were:
- the practice of the memory
- cultivation of thoughts and feelings, expression of skills (analysis, synthesis, criticism, imagination, creativity)
- familiarization with teamwork
- socialization, while giving pleasure to their daily routine
The workshops were culminated through 25 different theatrical performances, which took place with great success. Protagonists were the elderly, both in the roles and in the organization of performances, which attended and applauded many people.
Third Age is a valuable asset that contributes significantly to support the Greek family and society. The personal care products Sani Sensitive are beside elderly, with great sensitivity implementing various social actions in collaboration with municipalities, nursing homes and Charitable Organizations, which are intended to help improve their health and daily life.
